All orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Processing times are typically 1–3 business days from the date your order is placed.
Orders placed during holidays or sale periods may require additional time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Most orders arrive within:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks

  • United States, Canada & UK: 2–4 weeks

  • Rest of World: 2–5 weeks

These estimates do not include processing times.

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centres in Hong Kong to ensure efficient global delivery.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders are shipped tax-free in AUD.
Depending on your country’s customs regulations, duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery.
Any related fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Relaxify.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Shipping Delays

While rare, external factors such as customs inspections, postal service disruptions, or high-volume periods may cause delays.
If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.
Relaxify is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
